Gina works with each client to design unique sessions to target individual needs. This may vary from session to session considering what encourages the client to connect with greater ease in their body, mind and spirit. This can include deep tissue or myofascial  for muscular release, thai for more flexibility, relaxation for a deeper sense of peace, chakra energy readings/clearings to increase vitality, or spiritual direction and evolutionary astrology sessions that provide tools to help move through transitional periods and gain greater perspective.
