Specializing in Ashiatsu (barefoot massage) & deep yet relaxing work, these are common themes you will find in each session with me: A slow pace, to work deeply without force; Breathe cues and occasional verbal check-ins; Always meeting clients where they are at - so that they may drop into their bodies, their breath and their innate potential for healing.

As an LMT, I am committed to creating a neutral, safe & comforting environment to allow my clients the space to cultivate connectivity, awareness and equanimity within themselves.
I tailor each session to my clients individual needs and preferences with a variety of techniques including Deep Tissue work, Ashiatsu, Warm Therapy, Cupping, Gentle Stretching and more. I am passionate about inclusivity and access to bodywork for EVERY body; I have a high weight capacity table and pillows and bolsters to support many different body types.
