This practice seeks to provide wholesome bodywork sessions to help you release any tension that might be keeping you from being fully present. In a space where you can physically, mentally and emotionally allow yourself to take a step back from the distractions of daily life and just be. This space is for you to simply practice showing up for yourself so that you can practice showing up for yourself in other areas of your life. How we do one thing is how we do everything. I believe if we learn how to listen to and show up for ourselves in the smallest ways, we can learn how to better cultivate a sense of agency in this human experience.
