MASSAGE THERAPIST LICENSE #27617
StoneFlow Bodywork invites you to discover the harmonious balance of stability, movement, and recovery through the transformative power of touch. Just as smooth river stones are shaped by the gentle flow of water over time, the body gains resilience and healing through our thoughtful, intuitive approach. We craft each massage experience to seamlessly blend deep structural work with restorative, fluid techniques—grounding yet freeing, strong yet soothing.
At StoneFlow, we honor the unique wisdom of your body, listening to its feedback and allowing space for connection with both body and mind. Our work integrates deep tissue techniques with fluid motion, myofascial release, and energy balancing to offer a holistic healing journey. Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic tension or guidance in maintaining strength and mobility, our tailored approach will leave you feeling restored, balanced, and revitalized.
Techniques Offered:
- Ashiatsu (by request) – A deeply restorative massage using the therapist's feet. Perfect for those seeking intense, slow pressure and myofascial release. This technique is highly encouraged for those who are suited for it, as it provides deep relief and promotes relaxation.
- Deep Tissue – Focuses on trigger points and deep muscle work using hands to release tension. Combined with flowing strokes, this technique aims to encourage both relaxation and therapeutic release.
- Relaxing Swedish – Gentle, fluid strokes designed to encourage deep relaxation and ease overall tension. Ideal for those seeking a peaceful escape from stress.
- Neuromuscular Focus – Specialized work for targeting specific pain areas, including trigger points. Highly focused and therapeutic, it works to relieve localized tension while promoting overall relaxation.
Special Attention:
- Barefoot Myofascial Massage: This optional technique utilizes the therapist's feet for deep, consistent pressure across the body. It provides a unique approach to deep tissue work that avoids sharp tools or varying pressure depths. A great option for those seeking deep, sustained relief.
Important Considerations:
Health History: Please provide a detailed health history, including surgeries, injuries, diagnoses, and any other physical concerns. Your health and safety are our top priorities.
Medication Precautions: To ensure a safe and effective session, barefoot myofascial massage is not recommended if you are taking the following medications:
