I specialize in Nervous System Restoration and Psychedelic Medicine Integration, using a variety of techniques including Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Guided Visualization, Breathwork, Sound Healing, Vagus Nerve Reset, and Chi Nei Tsang: An ancient Chinese practice that uses healing sounds and subtle visceral manipulation of the abdomen to soothe the nervous system, relieve tension in the gut, release stored emotions and improve digestion and lymphatic flow. 

For Psychedelic Medicine Integration, we will chat a bit about your experience and then use a combination of massage, sound healing, guided visualization and breathwork to anchor the healing of that experience into the body.
