I had an experience of exquisite aliveness and vitality after receiving my first several sessions of Structural Integration from a highly-skilled practitioner. I was amazed at how I was presented with new choices about how to use my body in light of the new information that was being fed to my body through the bodywork I was receiving. I quickly began to study, research, and practice on my own to learn about the fascinating web of fascia that connects and coordinates all movement in the body. I found out how the fascia, the connective tissue in the body, is responsible for how bones are spaced as well as the workings of organs, muscles, and nerves. The fascia is what structural integration works to realign and gives rise to higher functioning and ease. These insights led me to pursue a career as a bodyworker and receive my certificate of Structural Integration from the Sedona School of Massage. I am thrilled to be a practitioner in this field and strive to provide an opportunity for healing, education, and breakthroughs in the lives of my clients.
