I love the way things connect.  Reflexology connects the feet, hands, and ears to nearly all other parts of the body and time in my hands will help you reconnect, recenter, and recharge - body, soul, and spirit. By touching only hands, feet, and earlobes, almost any area of the body can be impacted and brought back in to the body's own ability to heal and restore.   I love essential oils.  Besides smelling great, they help us reconnect to our sense of wellbeing, bring emotional relief, and quickly impact targeted regions of the body when used on foot reflexes. I love the healing of the inner person and believe that oils and reflexology help bring both the body and the soul into balance in a non-intrusive, purely natural way. I love prayer and believe in a mighty Creator who reaches into our lives with love and redemption. I will never push prayer or my beliefs in an obtrusive way, but if you would like prayer, either for something specific or a general blessing, all you have to do is ask!
