In 2006 I graduated with honors from Heritage College in Oklahoma City with an Associate of Occupational Studies in Massage Therapy. My internship was at Lifestyle Center of America and they hired me. We taught diabetic patients how to manage their health through natural lifestyle.
When they closed a couple of years later I opened my own practice in downtown Sulphur. Over the years I have taken a variety of continuing education courses, such as, lymphatic massage, aromatherapy and Thai massage.
When displaced by the April 27, 2024 tornado, I started looking for another place to practice and I am absolutely thrilled to make Native Wellness my new home and to return to a holistic healing environment.
I’m dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal health and wellness through personalized massage treatments and I believe in the power of touch to relieve stress, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being. My approach is tailored to each individual, ensuring that every session is both therapeutic and rejuvenating.
When not in the clinic, you can find me singing at church and performing at private parties, local venues and events or spending time with my 13 grandkids.
I’m also a bit (a whole lot actually) of a spiritual studies egghead.
