Matrix specializes in client-centered, integrative sports massage. I have worked with active clients of all ages and levels in various sports, including pro athletes in the NFL and NBA, Olympians, stunt performers, professional dancers, Crossfit athletes, marathoners, and pro paintball players. I assess each client individually and always encourage feedback to create a working partnership. Soft tissue dysfunction is treated with a variety of techniques and tools, based on the individual client's needs. Deep tissue, neuromuscular, myofacial, Neural Reset Therapy, cupping, IASTM, kinesiology taping, stretching, and posture analysis are some of the modalities that may be used in the integrative massage sessions. Integrating multiple therapeutic techniques with this personalized approach creates a matrix for healing.
