Working from two locations you can see me Monday’s and Tuesday’s at my Springfield location of 1220 E. Home Rd Springfield,OH 45503 and then Thursday’s and Friday’s at my Yellow Springs location of 213 Xenia Ave, Unit 1, Yellow Springs, OH 45387 under the Transformational Holistic Health umbrella.

**Booking Assistance**

When booking your appointment you can choose to pre-pay or pay at time of service.

If you do not want to pre-pay when initially scheduling, under the “select payment method” section select the “Card info required for late cancel/no show. This will allow you schedule with payment then being processed at the time of service.
