My name is Amy Reed, LMT owner of Health & Harmony Massage and Bodyworks.  I am a licensed massage therapist here in the state of Ohio since 2007 and recently received my certification in Bowen sort tissue technique.  In this technique I use a series of simple, gentle moves across the muscles, tendons, and ligaments to help relieve muscle tension and loosen the facia within the body.

I use a variety of different massage modalities/techniques such as Bowen, deep tissue, relaxation and prenatal.  I also offer stretching and cupping as it pertains to the needs of my clients.  I often get the compliment that I help the most with relieving neck and shoulder pain.

My mission as an LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist) is to help keep everyone moving so they can get the best out of life.
