My name is Tiffany Neff, LMT, owner of Life In Motion Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. I have been a practicing licensed massage therapist here in the state of Ohio since 2014. I am also a licensed physical therapist assistant, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Barbell Rehab Method certified. I use a variety of massage techniques such as sports massage, deep tissue, stretching, cupping, kinesiology taping, prenatal, and relaxation as it pertains to the individual need of my clients. I often get the compliment that I help the most with relieving neck and shoulder pain, as well as headaches/migraines, as I suffer from these issues myself.
