My Massage Therapy journey began in 2005 San Diego, California upon graduation from the International Professional School of Bodywork, an institute of Psycho-Structural Balancing. With the use of Tai Chi, I learned to flow around my table encouraging warm, healing energy from the Heavens and grounding, refreshing energy from the Earth to best aid my patients through their healing journey. Along with Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Prenatal Massage, and Hot Stones Massage, I learned Gua Sha, Reflexology, and Craniosacral Therapy to help balance the mind/body/soul. 2011 I returned to my roots in Ohio and continued my studies at the Ohio College of Massotherapy, earning an Associates of Science degree, expanding my treatment skills to include Precision NeuroMuscular Therapy (PNMT), Myofascial Release/Unwinding, Medical Massage, and Lymphatic Drainage. Over the 18+ years since beginning my career, I have attended several continuing education certification seminars to further expand my knowledge to include Oncology Massage, Orthopedic Massage, Craniosacral Therapy for PTSD, Positional Release, kinesio-taping, and cupping, through which I have treated a wide array of medical conditions. I am always in awe of the human body and our tenacity to thrive and adapt. My most favorite pastime was when I learned I could help reverse Urinary Incontinence through PNMT with my Prostate Cancer patients during my tenure as Lead Massage Therapist for Summa Oncology. It is a blessing my patients entrust me to aid their healing, wherever they may be throughout their journey.
