The practice of caring touch has proven healing qualities for both physical ailments and overall mental well-being. Massage is not a luxury, special treat or privilege - it truly is Therapeutic & Essential. Every person is worthy and deserves to feel relief, relaxation & mental wellness. I enjoy spending my free time with my children, family and friends. I love being outdoors (preferably in warmer sunny weather) going camping, hiking, sitting around a campfire, or kayaking. I care greatly about my community and give my support in various ways to area children's programs, charities, organizations, local businesses and non-profits.
