I have a verity of experience and knowledge to share with you. My goals are to spread confidence, alleviate discomfort and pain, and increase vitality and longevity for my clients.
Bodies are adaptable and ever-changing. You know the saying, our greatest strengths are our biggest weaknesses? The best part, though, is we get a say in how that change occurs. Dating back to the very first human ancestors, we have been utilizing massage. Luckily, you're around at a time when we have pretty good scientific knowledge on bodies and how massage can benefit them. Reduction in depression and anxiety, better blood flow, injury recovery, and pain reduction are just a few of the known benefits. These are long-term benefits as well! Massage is preventive, and coupled with strategic movement, can promote a healthy life. With each massage, you also receive a comprehensive understanding of the origins and outcomes of issues you may be experiencing. I always provide education and make suggestions to improve your health. My yoga training and ongoing learning of current science helps me give you the tools you need to succeed in and out of my massage room!
