Welcome! My name is Kate, and I’m passionate about helping you achieve balance in mind, body, and spirit.
I graduated from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage- 1000hr program in 2015 and have been practicing independently since 2018. My continuing education includes Medical Massage Techniques, Sports Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Work, and Trigger Point Therapy.
In addition to massage therapy, I’m a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in functional training and nutrition, and a 200-hour yoga teacher trainee. I’ve also spent years working on organic food and herb farms, nurturing my love for health, nature, and community. This wide range of experience allows me to see the whole picture and craft a wellness journey uniquely tailored to your needs.
My goal is to help you find peace, relief, and a sense of balance in your daily life.
