Massage sessions typically consist of a combination of relaxation, trigger point, and deep connective tissue modalities. Ron works out the "knots" and sore spots and also gets you to relax--all during the same session. Have you ever had those annoying "kinks" in your neck or between the shoulder blades? They are called "trigger points." He spends a fair amount of time releasing the triggers and relieving the discomfort that they can cause.

If you want the session to go differently than a combination massage, he will always take the time to find out your specific needs and design a session especially for you. For example, you may wish to have only a relaxation massage with little or no trigger point work. Or you may want the entire session devoted just to your back. If you're a runner or biker, you may want to have most of the session focused on the legs. It's your massage, so he's committed to tailoring it to your specific needs and desires.

All sessions end with a hot steamed towel.

Sessions are given in a scent-free, perfume/cologne-free environment. Please come without colognes or perfumes.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS:

Ron graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, New York, in 1996. He is licensed and registered in the State of New York. His specialties are Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, and sports massage. He also holds Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Advanced Graduate degrees in various fields in education.
