Maria Furstoss is a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist who combines a solid educational background with a passion for client well-being. She holds an Applied Science degree in MassageTherapy from Monroe Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciencewith a minor in Women’s Studies from SUNY Brockport. Specializing in Swedish,Sports, and Deep Tissue massage, Maria utilizes a blend of various techniques to tailor her approach to each client's unique needs. Her dedication lies in enhancing her clients' functional abilities and overall enjoyment of life through her therapeutic practices.

Maria's sanctuary is being outdoors where she can truly unwind and reconnect with herself. There's something incredibly calming about being surrounded by nature, whether it's the tranquility of a forest, the sound of a waterfall, or the open expanses of a trail. The Adirondack Mountains are some of her favorite places to ‘get away’
