As a lifelong athlete and coach, Brad has experienced first hand how injuries and day-to-day strain can affect, not only the ability to pursue one's passions, but the ability to comfortably perform life's most basic activities. Since graduating from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in 2010, he has focused his practice on helping to improve the quality of life for his clients through Injury Rehabilitation and Functional Movement Restoration. With a desire to more fully understand the human body, how it moves, and how to help it heal, Brad returned to school receiving his Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from the SUNY College at Brockport in 2015. Through a combination of deep tissue, orthopedic, and sports massage techniques, Brad is excited to help the Rochester community get back to the activities they love with less pain and more smiles!
