Hello and welcome to Sacred Lotus Healing Massage! My name is Catherine and I’ve been a licensed massage therapist in the state of New York since 2018. When I went to massage school in 2017, at first I wasn’t sure what I was doing to be perfectly honest. Sometime in the middle of the program, I fell completely in love with this profession that only continues to grow as I practice. After graduating, I worked at a couple spas and small businesses, learning more and more about what is important to me as a massage therapist and the clients I work for. Massage is a powerful healing therapy, not just a luxury. My focus is on chronic pain, burn out/chronic exhaustion, prenatal and postnatal massage, stretching, guided meditation, traditional Swedish, deep tissue, and energy work (shiatsu, polarity therapy, and reflexology are my favorites). As an out call business, I provide massage in the Rochester area, Ithaca, and Owego, New York. I look forward to bringing my table to you!
