At each session, our goal is to help improve your overall health and well-being by helping you to relax your mind as well as remove tension from the body, which relieves pain and stimulates healing.

Although we use various massage therapy techniques, we are especially skilled and trained in clinical therapeutic massage. Medical massage is our passion because we genuinely care about people and enjoy being part of the healing process. We have worked with patients who have chronic neck or back pain because of an accident, sports injury, or due to an inflammatory disease such as arthritis. Others have been referred to us because of autoimmune diseases such as Lupus or multiple sclerosis. After just a few massage sessions, some patients have reported that they have less pain, improved circulation, increased balance, and are getting a good night’s sleep.
