The REschFLEX is concept that I developed to involve all aspects of wellness. Applying my education in massage therapy and life experiences with a background in fitness, nutrition, and holistic health, I want to help you realize your own full potential in the world. I've also worked as a locomotive engineer for the Long Island Railroad for the last 17 years, following in my dad's footsteps which has given me a great insight to the daily wear and tear on transportation employees bodies and how to help heal those aches and pains. My daughters are competitive dancers and I've helped stretch and massage them back into dancing condition. I've spent many hours in my continuing education, studying various occupations and the painful conditions that can occur due to them, as well as specific treatments to help cancer survivors along with lymphatic drainage treatments. I am here to guide you along your path to physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. Whatever your needs are, I will develop a personalized massage treatment plan based on the information that you share with me.
