I'm a New York State Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician. I graduated from the Swedish Institute College of Health and Sciences in 2009 followed by Christine Valmy International School for Esthetics in 2010. Having my own practice allows me to the spend the quality time with my clients they deserve. I'm able to control how many clients I see per day and the down time between each client to recharge so I'm present with each and every client which is important to me. I believe massage should be both vigorous and slow depending on the type of muscle and person. Vigorous massage helps increase circulation brings blood oxygen and food to the muscles while deep slow massage helps to release deeper connective tissue trigger points and calms the nervous system. I use all these techniques in my massages.

Sarah hit all the spots and really listened to what I asked and what my body needed. I thought it was clean and safe. I will go back.
