My name is Stephanie Knapp, I am the owner of A Rooted Touch. I graduated from Trocaire College in 2018 on the dean's list with my Associates in Applied Sciences, and my Massage Therapy Certification. Trocaire allowed me to experience both sides of the massage field. Running the class spa clinic, and doing internships through Hospice, Sisters Hospital, and Spa 400. As well as doing volunteer chair massages at Roswell, the Buffalo Senior center, and P.A.T.H.  I was very grateful to be able to have the medical knowledge I needed from Western classes, in learning the physical flow of the body systems, and all of the knowledge that I also obtained from Eastern classes, to learn the energetic flow of the body too. Which ultimately brought the perfect mix of Eastern and Western massage practice together. I have worked in many different Spa settings throughout my career. Working under the owners of the businesses, I am grateful for all of the experiences and knowledge that I was able to obtain in this career.  I am so honored to share my talents and knowledge with all my current and future clients, working in my own business now. I truly LOVE what I do, and I am very passionate about helping my clients find the peace, comfort and ease that they need/deserve in each session. Especially as someone who values and appreciates all the peace and comfort that I have found personally from massage therapy in my own life.
