Plans for Global Heart Healing and Massage first began when the Owner, Jessica Crawford LMT, was still in massage school at Finger Lakes School of Massage. Having an interest in world travel and recognizing that we are all affected by the collective energy all over the planet, the name made sense. Though a long name, Jessica hoped that someday the future business could umbrella over several healing professions including but not limited to massage therapists, a counselor, and a chiropractor. After 5 lovely years working mostly solo at the Clock Tower in Cortland, NY, the business celebrated its anniversary by moving nearby to 143 Main St and reaching the longstanding dream of expanding to multiple therapists under one roof. Graciously accepting her invitation to collaborate in healing others, Jessica is joined by Maureen Kiely LCSW-R (Counseling services are telehealth only as of 06/2023), Jason Barton of Barton Chiropractic, Sarah Tobey LMT, Christopher Hibbs LMT, and Larkin Gordon LMT.

Conveniently located in Downtown Cortland across from the Student Deli and kiddie corner to The Rock and DP Dough, 143 Main St. is serviced directly by the Cortland Transit bus line, is directly next to a public parking lot, surrounded by street parking, and is handicapped accessible both inside and out. Despite being in the Downtown area, the space is surprisingly tranquil and calm, offering both convenience and peace. 

Each therapist is professional, hard working, heart centered, and excited to come together with other like minded healers to offer a comprehensive approach to healing. Each massage is tailored to the client on a visit per visit basis. To gather information and assess the best approach, each client will be asked to fill out a short intake form on their first visit and take part in a verbal intake at the start of future appointments. Upon completion of this intake, the therapist will decide the best approach for the session, whether the client is looking specifically for an overall relaxing massage, needs specific work, or a combination of the two. Each client's comfort and confidentiality is of the utmost importance.
