I graduated from Pacific College of Health and Sciences and have been practicing massage therapy for over 4 years. I've had many years assisting physical therapists in a busy rehabilitation practice and the experience was beneficial to me as a therapist and how I approach each client. Now that I am running my own practice each treatment I provide is part of a comprehensive plan that I customize completely for you based on your individual needs and goals. You are unique, and your treatments should be, too. I consider: your body type, areas of stress, medical history and muscular issues. My custom tailored approach in therapeutic, deep tissue, medical, prenatal, sports, acupressure, trigger point and reflexology may suit your specific needs. 

I'm a dancer, book-worm, gamer and massage nerd, but above all else, I am a human. I understand how distressing pain can be and I understand the importance of massage and bodywork as part of a complete wellness approach.
