After Graduating with my associates degree in massage, from central Oregon community college, I moved back to the southwest where I grew up. I have always felt a strong connection to Colorado and my families history here. I have spent a majority of my life on a health and healing path and now I want to share my gifts and insight with you. In school I specialized in therapeutic massage, sports massage, reflexology, pre-natal and aromatherapy. I truly enjoy therapeutic touch and the impact it can have on your health and well being. While in school I enrolled in a health coaching program through Integrative Nutrition or IIN, and received my coaching certificate. Afterward I completed a 12 week herbalism apprenticeship with the peoples apothecary. With my passions in health, massage and herbs I hope to walk confidently with you on your path to health and wellness.
