I create a safe and healing space for others to release trauma from their bodies, transform their physical health, and step into a radiant experience of themselves and life through bodywork.

I provide a specialized service, listening carefully to your body and taking time for a thorough intake and post-session suggestions for exercises and progression in your well-being.

The session times on the menu reflect the "hands-on" portion of your massage, but the total time allowed for the session is 15 minutes longer. For example, if you book a 60-minute massage at 9:00, I will have you walking out the door at 10:15, reflecting 75 total minutes with me. This way there is clarity on when your session time ends. There's no need to rush out of my door if you feel you've been here longer than the hour you booked.

NO TIPS ACCEPTED

All first-time clients must pre-pay for their sessions and I will not keep cards on file to pay for subsequent appointments. If you would like to help me absorb some of the credit card fees, please consider continuing to pre-pay for your service when you book and pay the associated cost, if you don't like the added fee, no problem! Bring CASH, check, or card to your session and pay then.
