Here at Best Therapeutics, LLC there is a nuance of clients, each requiring customized bodywork depending on their bio-mechanical needs.  Many clients visit because they are suffering from muscle strains, sprains, frozen shoulder and trigger points; muscle spasm and scar tissue resulting from post surgery with orthopedic hardware, such as spinal fusions and knee replacements or just scar tissue post trauma.  I have also had the pleasure of working with triathlon athletes as a part of their routine maintenance during training.  Given the amount of deep tissue work done on a regular basis, welcome is the client that once in a while just likes to enjoy a relaxing Swedish massage.  

The bodywork performed over the past 19 years has been very rewarding in that clients are always happy to see the Massage Therapist and even happier when they leave.  There's no better feeling than being able to use your knowledge of anatomy, experience and something as simple as your hands, to provide help to another human being in need.  All clients receive complimentary aromatherapy during their sessions, except for those with sensitive skin.  Water & herbal tea is also provided to get your hydration routine started before you even leave the office. 

The office is a private practice, located just outside of Red Bank, in Shrewsbury behind Trader Joe’s and down the street from The Grove.

 If a client displays any inappropriate behavior, they will be asked to leave immediately and full payment will be expected.
