My name is Carrie.  I am a NJ licensed massage therapist and graduated in 2017 through Body In Mind Massage Institute.  I believe in the mind body connection to live whole for life!  I believe the use of aromatherapy, energy work, good nutrition, daily simple self care as well as other services and products are beneficial and necessary in maintaining a healthy body, mind and soul.   Healing must take place within so we can live healthy, happy and fully!
