I believe in the Mind Body connection.  Massage therapy offers so many benefits that positively impacts self care.   I offer a calm, safe space, mainly for women, to find relaxation and self-connection.  A space to disconnect from the "Loudness of Life".

I will actively listen to your expressed concerns and goals for your session.  If you schedule your session in hopes of a short term or long term wellness plan, together we will discuss various aspects of your lifestyle to determine what to include in your plan.  I will dip into my toolbox of various techniques, essential oils, education, experience in order to integrate what will promote optimal wellness.
