My name is Janet Richards, ever since I was a kid I couldn't stop moving. I was a clumsy kid growing up so my mother enrolled me in ballet classes 4 days a week which eventually taught me excellent body alignment, body awareness and grace. in my late teens I had several injuries to the ankle which ended up in surgery.
