My name is Eszter and I am the owner of EB Sole Care. I am an ARCB certified foot reflexologist and Reiki practitioner. I created my business because I have a passion for health and wellness.

Here, at EB Sole Care, I offer services to care for your feet, and through your feet to help re-balance your entire body.

What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a complimentary treatment method that activates the healing powers of the body. By applying skilled pressure to different zones and reflexes on your feet, via neural pathways and energy meridians, your body is encouraged to heal and function at an optimal level.
Some of the many benefits of reflexology:

- Reduced stress and anxiety

- Deeper relaxation and sleep
- Increased energy

I also offer reiki services to help harmonize your energies and aid in connecting with your heart and soul.

Reiki is an ancient healing modality- it balances the body's energy system, helps reduce pain and accelerates healing. It is rooted in the principle that our bodies are bio-energetic and seek to maintain balance. Energy healing seeks to restore, promote, and maintain health and wellness by influencing and supporting the body's bio-energies.

I currently work out of Kriss Cosmetics on Saturdays and from my home Monday-Friday. I am also available for house calls. Through reflexology and reiki, I hope to aid you on your journey to health and healing and improve your overall well-being. I look forward to working with you!
