Hi There! The most common reasons my clients come to me is because I tend to be a problem solver. For over 25 years I have worked with thousands of people helping them to create a healthy balanced life. Thanks to an early foundation in Athletic Training, my massage style is heavily influenced by injury prevention and rehabilitation. I consider myself to be a pain management specialist often working with chronic conditions such as frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, chronic neck or low back pain and many more. As a long time yoga instructor and personal trainer I've realized the important role massage therapy plays in freeing up joints and muscles to support healthy movement patterns, proper posture and calming an often overstimulated nervous system. I will often incorporate breathwork and relaxation techniques into my sessions if they apply. As a lifelong student I spend a lot of time researching the latest theories and approaches in an effort to be more informed to the needs of my clients and different approaches I may need to take to better help them.
