To my valued clients,

What a Spring and Summer it has been. 2020 will certainly be one for the history books! As you may know, I made the tough decision to suspend hands on work and vacate my studio space. With so much uncertainty at the time it was the best decision for me. Skip ahead a bit and I still believe that the benefits of getting back to business  still do not outweigh the medical risks involved. I do not feel it appropriate or safe to reopen my in person practice. Another very relevant reason for me is the unknown factor of how this school year will look for my family at home. As more and more schools are opening with hybrid and remote schooling I know that this will put significant hardship on me and my family. For now, and at least until the Holidays are through, I will not be returning to studio massage work. I appreciate your understanding in making these hard personal choices. 

So, while Heart Stone Haven Massage may not have physical doors, my virtual door is now wide open. 

What does this mean for you, my valued clients?

As I remove that in person Hands(and Feet) on Massage Therapist hat for a while I want to let you all know I am putting on a new one! I am stepping into a coaching role  as a BodyMind coach to be able to better serve clients on deeper level and in a new way! I have begun this program to better help clients identify their challenges and connect with their body in a different way, OFF the table. This is coaching that can help move you forward towards your goals, gain some clarity in areas you feel stuck and help you achieve a less stressful, more healthful, connected life. Our bodies communicate with us, and I want to provide you a new way of listening to what is being shared!
