Renée Theuriet is seasoned with over 15 years of practice. After massage school, lomi apprenticeship and a decade of experience, she was ready for new challenges. My Embodied Motherhood was born not long after her first born, in 2021. Due to feeding struggles as they presented, she sought out support and professional care that led her to her new passion- helping other new moms and their babies reduce struggles. This led to more trainings with the pediatric population. A stark change from the Tropics to the Midwest motivated botanical medicine education and she now practices with a unique approach, blending hands-on therapies and coaching. 

Her manual therapy wheelhouse includes: Hawaiian Lomi-lomi, Craniosacral, myofascial techniques and more.   Renée has a unique gift to see and meet others where they are, and loves walking clients through their own empowering journey of embodiment.
