***Note- Every client needs their own account under their own name.*** Do not make an appointment for someone under your own name and put a note or text me that it's for someone else. Their appointment, their name and information.  (if you are booking as a gift and you want it to be a surprise, text me first and I'll let you know how.)

Every new client must fill out the intake form that you will find in your email prior to your appointment. It is saved to your file electronically, no need to print.

Frequent Questions/Concerns:
Parking: You are welcome to park in the driveway if a space is available. (Make sure to NOT park in the 4th spot which is in front of the neighbors house.) Parking is also available directly in front of the house on the street (4th Ave) or at the side of the house (2nd St). 
 

Arrival: Please do not arrive at the door more than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you do find yourself arriving early, please resist coming to the door. (Hang out in your car, check your email, read a chapter in a book, take a walk around the block...) 

Cancellation Policy

Full payment is required for the following conditions:

• Less than 24-hour notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• No-show or missed appointments.

• Late arrivals - arriving late for a service may require shortening the length of the treatment.

  All refunds are assessed a $3 fee.

• If it is 10 minutes after your appointment time and I have not heard from you via text or call you are assumed a no show.
