My name is Iris "Nisey" Jones and I have over 11 years of massage therapy experience. I am trained in a variety of modalities and am pleased to answer any questions about any that you are not familiar with.

                                                                  POLICIES

Cancellation and No show policy:

We require at least 24 hour notice to cancel/reschedule an appointment. Clients who cancel/reschedule with less than 24 hours will need to pay in full for the appointment that is rescheduled or canceled before receiving future services. All payments are non refundable. 

If you cancel/reschedule with more than 24 hours and have prepaid for your services you will receive a store service credit equal to the rescheduled service amount for future use. This is so you or I ( as a small business) don't lose out. 

If you are using a gift certificate and fail to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours a $25 fee will be deducted from your gift certificate amount and the service will have to be paid in full (gift certificate balance after deduction and the $25 deduction) not to exceed the original gift certificate amount. Please call to book if this occurs. 

Clients that are no shows will need to pay in full for the missed appointment and next appointment before receiving future services.

If you have a membership and/or package and/or cancel/reschedule in less than 24 hours there will be a $25 upcharge that needs to be paid before receiving services.

Late Arrival Policy: 

All scheduled appointments will end at the scheduled ending time in order for us to stay on schedule. Clients who arrive late to their scheduled appointment will be charged for the full session and will not receive a time extension. For your first appointment please arrive 10 minutes prior to complete an intake form and arrive 5 minutes prior if you are a return client. 

Only professional massage and bodywork services for relaxation or therapeutic purposes are offered at this massage practice. Massage services will be terminated immediately in the event of inappropriate conduct of any kind. A session will not be conducted if a client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If the massage session is terminated for any reason, full payment for the scheduled session is still required.

Draping Policy:

Clients will be appropriately draped with a sheet at all times. Only areas of the body that are currently being treated will be exposed. The breast and genital areas will always remain draped and are never massaged.
