I am a recent transplant to Wilmington from San Antonio, Texas. I visited in the summer of 2023 and  absolutely fell in love with this small town. Wilmington reminds me a lot of my hometown Lufkin, Texas. The Pineywoods!  I have always been intrigued by how the human body works and would have thought I would become a Licensed Massage Therapist. Looking back to when I was around 10 or so, I can remember times when my brother would ask me to massage his back with a rolling pin. I giggle at the thought now but truely believe that this is my calling.  I challenge myself to actively keep learning and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs.  I enjoy doing therapeutic bodywork and love being able to help my clients improve range of motion, relieve pain, decrease muscle stiffness and improve sleep.
