My name is Trudi Wheat LMBT#19105, and I have actively pursued my career in wellness for over 10 years . My journey to massage therapy started 8 years ago as a chiropractic assistant serving Gaston County, where I developed a passion for helping clients in our community to reach their pain management goals. In 2020, I earned my North Carolina LMBT license from The NC School of Advanced Bodywork, specializing in deep tissue and neuromuscular therapy for pain relief and structural corrections. My professional training and expertise will provide you with therapeutic massage modalities which include relaxation, deep tissue, sports massage, IASTM (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization) and therapeutic cupping. I will work with you to customize each session individually. I have worked with athletes, pregnant women, and those who experience acute and chronic pain, as well as those recovering from injury. 

Every session begins with required intake forms and a brief health assessment and evaluation of which type of massage is recommended to meet the client's needs and goals.  We are conveniently located in Stanley, NC off of Main St. in the house directly behind Stress Free Home Care.
