Born and raised in the rural heartland of Wisconsin, Aubrey Hart’s journey has always been guided by a deep love of connection, healing, and learning. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2017 with a double major in Spanish Language and Latin American/Caribbean/Iberian Studies, along with a minor in Gender and Women’s Studies. Originally aspiring to become a Spanish-speaking court interpreter, Aubrey’s path shifted after personal health challenges led her to discover the transformative power of massage therapy. Her own healing journey inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to supporting others through touch.
Aubrey trained at the Southwestern Institute for Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona, where she completed the 1,000-hour Master Massage Practitioner program. She also earned 100 hours of certification in Medical Massage and Myotherapy techniques and passed her MBLEx licensing exams with distinction in 2022. Additionally, Aubrey is attuned to Reiki III and practices in the Usui Reiki Ryoho tradition.
Today, Aubrey specializes in Craniosacral Therapy, Neurotouch, Lymphatic Manual Drainage, and Deep Tissue Massage, while offering a wide range of modalities tailored to individual needs. She is a trauma-informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming practitioner with extensive social justice training, and she has a special passion for working with clients navigating complex health conditions, neurodivergence, prenatal care, and oncology.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Aubrey provides services in both languages and is licensed to practice massage therapy in North Carolina, Arizona, and Wisconsin. She occasionally travels for work and to visit friends and family.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Aubrey cherishes spending time outdoors with her husband, Christopher. After moving to North Carolina from Arizona in 2022, they’ve made the most of life in NC — hiking, camping, weightlifting, one-wheeling, crafting cosplays, playing video games, and attending concerts together. They share their home with Pyro, their ball python, who brings a lot of joy to their household.
An avid traveler, Aubrey dreams of visiting Japan for her honeymoon and returning to South America, where she once lived in Venezuela and Peru. Ultimately, she hopes to combine her passions by teaching massage therapy locally, continuing to inspire healing and connection within her community.
