It not only allows for more effective and longer lasting results, but also helps to gain better insight into each unique individual. This is not a one size fits all approach. There is no one quick fix cure. The human body is marvelously complex. A well rounded and multifaceted approach helps to balance the body more sustainably than quick “band-aid” fix approaches.
