I’m an experienced and compassionate massage therapist who helps clients achieve balance and relieve pain and tension and live their lives to the fullest. I graduated from the Living Arts Institute in 2012. I practiced massage for 5 years before moving to Hawaii and then moving back to NC and becoming a mom and stepmom to the two best girls. I have always been passionate about massage therapy and am excited to grow my practice in this new stage of my life. I am looking forward to exploring new modalities and sharpening old skills. Some of my favorite types of massage are hot stone and Thai massage. 

I create customized treatments that target both physical and emotional well-being. I want to be a part of helping every client reach their wellness goals no matter how big or small.
