Here at Simply Kinetic, I specialize in therapeutic massage with the intention of resolving chronic pain, as well as educating my clients to provide self care to progressively reach a point of living without pain. I integrate many methods like deep tissue massage, trigger point work, sports massage, stretching, kinesiology taping, cupping, massage gun therapy, hot stones, loss of range of motion exercises and reflexology. While firm/deep pressure is my strength, my overall goal is to thoughtfully tailor each massage session in accordance with the guest’s needs and requests, personalizing the experience for every individual.
