Hello, my name is Josie. I am the owner and founder of Breaking Bread Bodyworks, LLC. Though I am based in Lenoir, I serve the foothills creeping up to the tallest mountains of NC.  You may be asking yourself, why “Breaking Bread Bodyworks”? The simple answer is, God. I have lived enough life to know that if God is not the center or the lead of family and work there is no solid ground to stand on. My biggest hope is that, at every turn I make in life, I keep my eyes on God. To remember what he did for me at Calvary. Luke 22:19-20. I believe that all things are possible through the love of Christ. Whether you believe in him or not, his last commandment to his disciples was to love one another as he has loved them, or, as the father loves his son. Though we cannot fathom the love our creator has for us, our purpose is to love one another in the same ways Jesus did and still does: by taking on the burdens of others, to be kind and to forgive. Many people do not realize that Love and Kindness our God has for us is the conclusion of the Gospel. God is Good for allowing me the special privilege and honor of working with you to feel better in the Now. You do not have to share the same faith as me for us to have a fantastic therapist/client relationship. All I ask is respect, safety and kindness in return. Sincerely, Josie
