If you’re someone who prefers a soft, intentional touch rather than deep pressure, my work is designed for you. As a Certified Neuromuscular Therapist and a Certified Somatic MindBody Therapist with over 20 years in the profession, my techniques work with your body’s natural rhythms, nervous system, and energy flow to facilitate deep relaxation and self healing—all without the need to disrobe.
My practice is ideal for women experiencing:

Your Session Experience
In my practice, I offer a combination of Orthobionomy, Craniosacral Therapy, Acupressure, and Neuromuscular Therapy. Each session is fully clothed and takes place in a calming, supportive environment. Through gentle, guided movement and touch, we invite your body to unwind, reset old holding patterns, and restore ease. Rather than forcing change, we listen to what your body needs, allowing for natural and lasting shifts.
