Massage is my surprising second act in life. As a young adult, I was a long-time member of a franchise spa, and I loved my monthly massages. Each session, I'd think to myself, "I wish I could SEE this massage as it's happening!" After years of teaching and volunteering in education spaces, working with all age groups, I found myself looking for a change in career. My curiosity about massage therapy as a career developed into "I wish I could LEARN how to do what they do!" The giant pause button that the COVID-19 pandemic had on all of our lives allowed me the margin to complete the Therapeutic Massage program at Wake Tech Community College in May of 2021. My massage practice allows me to combine my love for educating clients with my passion for creating comforting and relaxing environments, and my intuitive skill for listening to my clients words AND what their tissues are telling me. I always appreciate feedback during and after a session so that I can create an experience that you'll want to return to, time and time again.
