I believe bodywork is an art - a combination of deep listening, empathetic sense and skillful integration of knowledge that results in an incredibly therapeutic, one-of-a-kind experience. A graduate of the Old Medicine Hospital in Chiang Mai, Thailand and Southern California Health Institute, my sense-ability blends wisdom and modalities from both the east and west. My customized massage treatments incorporate highly effective and deeply nurturing soft tissue therapeutics and have afforded me national and international travel with notable, musical performers and thriving private practices in Los Angeles, CA and on Martha's Vineyard, MA. Now, I am happy to call Franklin County, NC my home and am thrilled to serve this community. 

Beyond massage, I am a small town-hippie-gypsy-nature-girl, an old soul-sister, a renaissance woman. Over the last fifteen years, I have lived and studied in Italy, acted in indie films, backpacked Australia, discovered a love for songwriting that led to a Grammy and then co-produced a solo record titled, With Love. My long-standing love of movement expressed through martial arts, competitive sports, classical dance and the professional study of yogic postures and principles lends to my expertise and wealth of wisdom.
