We specialize in physical health education. Our commitment is to hold space for you during a massage, bodywork and or a coaching session in a way that is authentic and intentional. We encourage you to explore your experiences with your wellness journey as we support you through our knolwedge and strategy. Our Practice members (clients) work on reframing ideas around health, daily habits and mindsets for quicker recovery, increased ease and self-regulation.
The end goal is for you to be proactive in your health journey. After working with me you'll have the skills to adapt and maintain your own Mindful Movement Practice.
