Hello, I'm Patty Flaherty, NC#11134, BA, LMBT, CMMP. 

As a massage therapist, I am dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of my community, one session at a time. Since 2011, I have been passionately practicing massage therapy, with my work often described as intuitive. I blend various techniques, including Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release, along with Hot Stones, Cupping, and Gua Sha, tailoring each session to the unique needs of my clients.

Although my journey into massage therapy was unplanned, it has become a deeply fulfilling path, driven by the positive transformations I witness in my clients. Their healing and relief fuel my passion, making my work feel less like a job and more like a calling.

I earned my license from the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular Massage in Charlotte, North Carolina, where I pursued a focus on clinical bodywork. This foundation, combined with ongoing education and research into the latest developments in massage therapy, enables me to excel in the field of alternative health. I also have a strong interest in breathwork, meditation, exercise, and nutrition as the concept as medicine, which I integrate into my holistic approach to wellness.

Having experienced the physical toll that stress and daily pressures can take, I am committed to supporting my clients in achieving balance and well-being in their lives. I look forward to being a part of your journey toward better health.
